God Is A BulletEditionsReview
But, my goodness this one certainly does. The fast paced narrative is not for the faint-hearted, dealing as it does with an ex-cop’s mission to find his 14 year old daughter who has been kidnapped by a satanic cult, in tandem with a former junkie, and laced with frank language and graphic detail of a sadistic underworld. For a first novel this is a very accomplished piece of work with a great dénouement, complete with a drug-crazed rattlesnake and a genuine “ no pun intended” twist in the tale. Heady stuff. - review by Stewart Grimshaw |
