Everything You Need To Know About Gardening - But Were Afraid To AskEditions
Review
Authors Cassy and Scriven obviously have the experience to fulfil all of these criteria as they tackle just about every aspect of horticulture in a lively way, full of lore and legend, passing on tips, demystifying the more daunting jobs and egging us on to make our mark on our territory, however small, from window-box to orchard. They are very well served by a dazzling array of photographs, apparently the pick of the Frances Lincoln archive, sufficient to hearten any garden innocent in search of success or the old hand who needs reminding of some earthy principles and a timely fillip. - review by Stewart Grimshaw |
