Review
 This is probably the best of Flora McDonnell’s books, being the most straightforward. We meet Jock the dog, a marvellous mooey cow, a rolling donkey and a few others, who are then all pictured together with a little girl. It is also available in a lovely large format so that, when open, some of the animals – the chickens, not the cow – are almost lifesize. - review by Johnny de Falbe
