Both volumes are bound in red/black Japanese silk and presented in a silk-covered box. This is an exceptional production on two hundred unique Turkish carpets, some of which were taken out of the storage rooms of the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Arts in Istanbul specially. Ahmet Ertug photogaphed the carpets by using large-format cameras to achieve minutely-detailed images providing connoisseurs and amateurs an unmatched visual experience.
