Gordon Ramsay's Passion For FlavourEditions
ReviewGordon Ramsay might be the man we most love to hate on TV, but he certainly cuts the mustard in the kitchen. In this, a book from early in his career, he gives a wide assortment of dishes from his repertoire at 'Aubergine' and though they may appear at first glance somewhat ambitious, in fact his recipes are straightforward and easy to follow. I must have tried about half of the recipes on offer. My tally so far? No failures and quite a few triumphs. The man is a genius. - review by Stewart Grimshaw |
