This attractive book contains some equally attractive recipes.  My colleague Karen alerted us to the joys of frozen berries and white chocolate sauce - serve at the end of dinner (it's embarrassingly easy), and your guests will utter little grunts of satisfaction.  If this prospect offends your sense of propriety, you could always produce celery sticks instead. - review by Dan Fenton
