Rubio LindroosProfileUnlike my colleagues, I never went to Oxford, Cambridge, or Trinity College, Dublin. However, I did once spend an afternoon at Princeton. I was educated at what a close friend refers to as ‘the worst school in Finland’. We were there together. He now works for Finnair. After school I whiled away some time at Turku University – great fun! – until coming to England. I had first set foot on British soil (actually, Grimsby docks) with my late sea-captain father some time previously, but the 1970’s were a turning-point - at least for me: I opened an account at John Sandoe’s! I love this country dearly, even though the people here are clearly crackers. And to my mind the two most beautiful words in the English language remain these: Central London.
